Before booking a time slot, please read the conditions (listed below) to avoid any misunderstandings.

The conditions

•  A booking is considered confirmed only after a 100%  prepayment is made. The prepayment is for hall rental only; all additional services are paid separately.

 

• After the booking you will receive an email from us with the payment details. If you would need an official invoice, please, let us know in the reply to this email.

 

• If the booking is canceled less than 72 hours in advance, the prepayment equivalent to 50% of the hall rental is non-refundable and retained by the Photo Studio as a penalty. If the booking is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, the full amount of the booking, equivalent to 100% of the reserved time, is charged. In the event of any rescheduling, the previous booking is canceled, and a new one is made according to the current rules. When booking a makeup station, a 100% prepayment is required; cancellation with a refund is possible 24 hours in advance.

 

• Time in the Studio Room ends 5 minutes before the actual booking time expires. The Renter must leave the Room within these 5 minutes, during which the Photo Studio administrator has the right to enter the hall for inspection and preparation for the next booking. If the Renter leaves the Room after the reserved time, the Photo Studio administrator has the right to fine the Renter an amount equal to 50% rental rate.

 

• The Renter agrees to return the Studio Room in the same condition as it was handed over by the Photo Studio administrator. Furniture, decorations, and props must be in their original places. The Renter is responsible for any damage to the Photo Studio's property, including the cost of transportation.
 

• The Renter agrees to wear clean indoor shoes working with any backdrop, textile or paper, and to ensure appropriate behavior from accompanying Visitors. The Renter may bring clean indoor shoes or use our shoe covers.

 

• The Renter can use the Audio system provided by the Photo Studio. Any damage to the audio system will result with the full compensation of the damaged part by Renter.


•  The Studio have paper backdrops, which are included in the rental cost under the following conditions. Self-rolling of the backdrop is allowed strictly up to the yellow mark, which may be at the crease or higher but must not touch the floor. Rolling the backdrop beyond the yellow mark is only permitted through the Studio Administrator. Damage to the paper backdrop (punctures, oil, other obvious contamination, etc.) is charged at the Studio rate.

• If the shoot ends early, the reserved time is paid in full. In case of late arrival, the reserved time is not extended to cover the delay. It is strictly forbidden to smoke, consume alcoholic beverages, or use narcotic substances in the Studio Room and common areas of the Photo Studio.

 

• The Photo Studio is not responsible for items left in the Studio Room and other premises, but we will keep them if possible. Items found in the Room are described and stored. Items are kept for 1 week, after which the Photo Studio has the right to donate them to a donation center or dispose of them.
 

• Interior elements, furniture, and other props in the Room may change and differ from the photos presented on the website.
